Baked Brie with Thyme, Rosemary and OG Granola

This baked brie makes an incredibly delicious appetizer perfect for entertaining guests—they’ll love it! Serve it hot, straight from a cast iron pan. Scoring the top of the brie before baking will keep the cheese from oozing out when you cut into it. Before serving, sprinkle the brie with chopped fresh thyme, rosemary, and some OG granola. Surround the pan with fresh thyme and rosemary sprigs and your favourite crackers. The brie is rich, creamy, and delicious. Ingredients:

A wheel of brie

Organic honey

A pinch of brown sugar

Fresh rosemary

Fresh thyme

OG granola

A mix of your favourite crackers

Directions:

Unwrap the wheel of brie and place it in a cast iron pan. Sprinkle a pinch of brown sugar and drizzle with honey. Bake in the oven for 15 mins at 350. Remove the pan and let the brie cool for at least 5 minutes. Sprinkle on the granola along with the chopped thyme and rosemary, and use the rest for garnishing; add your crackers and serve. Enjoy!
