Baked Brie with Thyme, Rosemary and OG Granola

Ingredients:

A wheel of brie

Organic honey

A pinch of brown sugar

Fresh rosemary

Fresh thyme

OG granola

A mix of your favourite crackers

Directions:

Unwrap the wheel of brie and place it in a cast iron pan. Sprinkle a pinch of brown sugar and drizzle with honey. Bake in the oven for 15 mins at 350. Remove the pan and let the brie cool for at least 5 minutes. Sprinkle on the granola along with the chopped thyme and rosemary, and use the rest for garnishing; add your crackers and serve. Enjoy!
