Banana Bark Flowers with Yogurt, Chocolate & Granola

These adorable Banana Bark Flowers are as fun to make as they are to eat! Each “flower” is made with sliced bananas arranged in a blossom shape, topped with creamy yogurt, rich dark chocolate, and a drizzle of peanut butter. A sprinkle of Haley’s Pantry granola adds a crunchy finish, making this the perfect frozen treat or snack with a sweet twist. Simple, tasty, and almost too cute to eat!

Banana Bark Flowers Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 bananas
  • Plain Greek yogurt (full-fat)
  • Dark chocolate chips, melted
  • Peanut butter, warmed for easy drizzling
  • Haley’s Pantry granola (for topping)

Directions:

  1. Peel the bananas and slice them evenly (slice straight across so the pieces sit flat).
  2. Arrange banana slices in a flower shape by placing one slice in the center and surrounding it with additional slices.
  3. Add a small spoonful of Greek yogurt in the center of each “flower.”
  4. Melt the dark chocolate chips and spoon a bit on top of the yogurt.
  5. Drizzle with warm peanut butter and sprinkle with Haley’s Pantry granola for added crunch.
  6. Place the banana bark flowers in the freezer for at least 1 hour, until set. Serve and enjoy these fun, flower-shaped treats!
