Bone Broth

Recipe:

Bone broth has become all the rage in the past few years. It's so delicious when you cook it with vegetables or mushrooms it adds some extra flavour. I drink mine in a mug or a to-go cup to bring it in the car while running errands. Sometimes it's better than a coffee.

To make bone broth, all you need are bones and water. I like
to cook mine in a slow cooker for up to 24 hours.I prefer chicken
bones, but you can use grass-fed beef bones too. Beef bones are more dense than chicken bones, and they have a higher concentration of minerals and collagen compared to chicken.Beef bones will provide extra nourishment and will leave your skin looking amazing!

Ingredients:
About 8 cups of bones
About 4 cups of veggies: carrots, celery, onion, herbs like
rosemary or thyme.
About 1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar (optional)
Sea salt for flavor

4. Add the salt
