Chocolate Covered Banana Pops

These chocolate-covered bananas are the ultimate snack or dessert for anyone who loves a sweet tooth. All it takes is a few simple ingredients and a popsicle stick. They are the perfect size, and everyone will go bananas for them.


Five bananas cut into halves

Dark Chocolate chips of your choice

Haley's Pantry OG granola

Dye-free coloured sprinkles


Peel the bananas and cut them into halves. Take a popsicle stick or break a skewer in half and push it into the bottom of the banana. Line them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Melt the dark chocolate and pour or drizzle over the bananas. I love dark chocolate, and eating it has so many benefits, so I tend to cover them completely.  Place them on the parchment paper, and sprinkle with granola. If you want coloured sprinkles for extra fun, pour them on. You can change it up with shredded coconut or date caramel sauce. Please place them in the freezer to let the bananas and the chocolate harden. Indulge and enjoy!
