Because let’s be honest — life is busy, and it’s always a win to have something nutritious and delicious within reach.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup gluten-free oats

  • ¼ cup cacao powder

  • ¼ cup Haley’s Pantry Toasted Coconut granola

  • ½ cup ground flaxseed

  • ⅓ cup honey

  • ½ cup natural peanut butter

  • ⅔ cup toasted shredded coconut

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds or hemp seeds — or both, for extra protein

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl or food processor (like a Cuisinart), mix together the oats, cacao powder, flaxseed, granola, shredded coconut, and seeds.

  2. Add in the honey, peanut butter, and vanilla. Mix until everything is well combined — you may need to pulse a few times in the food processor or use a spatula to bring it all together by hand.

  3. Roll into bite-sized balls using your hands (about 1–1½ inches in diameter).

  4. Place on a baking sheet or plate and chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to set.

  5. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week — if they last that long!

These little bites are a great way to satisfy a sweet craving while staying on track with your clean eating goals. You can also customize them with dark chocolate chips, chopped nuts, or even a dash of cinnamon.
