Fresh Coconut Wraps With Peanut Butter, Sliced Bananas, Granola and Chocolate Drizzle
This recipe is a clean and delicious twist on crepes. Fill the coconut wrap with creamy peanut butter, sliced bananas, and OG granola. Once pan fried, sprinkle with more granola (there's never too much) and drizzle with dark chocolate. These are easy to make and packed with nutrients. They make the perfect treat any time of day.
Ingredients:
coconut wraps
peanut butter
sliced bananas
2 tbsp of granola - Use one for the inside and set aside the other for the topping.
Directions:
Spread the peanut butter down the middle of the wrap. Add the bananas and the granola. Roll up the wrap and place it in an oiled pan. fry until brown and flip to brown on the other side. Remove from heat and place on a plate. Drizzle the chocolate and sprinkle the remaining granola. Serve hot!
