Dark Chocolate Covered Blueberries
These tiny little sweets are so good; they're like candy. All you need is three ingredients.
Ingredients:
A container of organic blueberries or raspberries
1/2 cup of organic dark chocolate chips
Haley's Pantry granola
Directions:
Fill the bottom of a saucepan with water. Place a glass bowl on top and pour in the chocolate chips. I have tried many different ways to melt chocolate, and this one works best. Melt the chocolate on low heat, stirring occasionally. When the chocolate is melted, pour in the blueberries and coat them until they are completely covered. Sprinkle granola on top for a little drop of protein. Spoon them onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper and put in the freezer to harden. Keep it in the freezer; otherwise, the chocolate will soften. Enjoy this little burst of sweetness. Use the same method for raspberries, but be careful if they are soft.
