Dark Chocolate Dipped Kiwi with Granola Crunch

Sweet, tangy, and just the right amount of crunch — these dark chocolate–dipped kiwi slices are the perfect little treat. They’re refreshing, antioxidant-rich, and a fun twist on chocolate-covered fruit.

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe kiwis

  • ½ cup dark chocolate (70% or higher)

  • A sprinkle of pink Himalayan sea salt

  • Haley’s Pantry Original Granola

Directions:

  1. Slice the kiwis into thick rounds, leaving the skin on.

  2. Melt the dark chocolate in a small pot over low heat, stirring until smooth.

  3. Dip half of each kiwi slice into the melted chocolate.

  4. Sprinkle with a little pink Himalayan sea salt and coat or top with Haley’s Pantry Original Granola.

  5. Place the slices on a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate until the chocolate hardens.

Serve chilled and enjoy! They’re sweet, salty, and perfectly crunchy — a little taste of summer any time of year.
