Dark Chocolate Dipped Kiwi with Granola Crunch
Sweet, tangy, and just the right amount of crunch — these dark chocolate–dipped kiwi slices are the perfect little treat. They’re refreshing, antioxidant-rich, and a fun twist on chocolate-covered fruit.
Ingredients:

2 ripe kiwis

½ cup dark chocolate (70% or higher)

A sprinkle of pink Himalayan sea salt

Haley’s Pantry Original Granola
Directions:

Slice the kiwis into thick rounds, leaving the skin on.

Melt the dark chocolate in a small pot over low heat, stirring until smooth.

Dip half of each kiwi slice into the melted chocolate.

Sprinkle with a little pink Himalayan sea salt and coat or top with Haley’s Pantry Original Granola.

Place the slices on a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate until the chocolate hardens.
