If you need a quick dessert fix, these Dark Chocolate Cups with Granola Centers are your go-to! They’re easy to make, incredibly delicious, and packed with antioxidants and healthy fats. Just one bite will satisfy your sweet tooth while providing so many health benefits.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups dark chocolate chips (melt more if needed)

  • 1 cup Haley’s Pantry OG or Dark Chocolate Granola

Optional: Swap granola with nut butter, or mix peanut butter or almond butter with granola for added sweetness or a savoury twist.

  • Cupcake liners

Tip for Melting Chocolate:

Use a small saucepan or butter warmer filled with a little water. Place a glass bowl on top, ensuring it doesn’t touch the water. Pour the chocolate chips into the bowl and melt on low heat. The chocolate should be smooth in a few minutes. Remove from heat to cool slightly before using.

Instructions:

  1. Place cupcake liners in a muffin tin for structure and ease.

  2. Melt the dark chocolate using the tip above. Test the temperature before pouring to ensure it isn’t too hot.

  3. Pour a thin layer of melted chocolate (about ¼ full) into each liner.

  4. Sprinkle a generous layer of Haley’s Pantry Granola over the chocolate.

  5. Pour more melted chocolate over the granola to fill the liner to the top.

  6. Let the cups cool and harden at room temperature or in the refrigerator.

Enjoy:

Once set, peel off the liners and enjoy these delicious bites of chocolatey, crunchy perfection! They’re great for dessert, a quick snack, or whenever you’re craving something sweet yet wholesome.
