Dark Chocolate Puffed Quinoa Clusters with Peanut Butter Granola Crunch
Looking for a ridiculously easy, dangerously delicious treat? Say hello to your new obsession: dark chocolate puffed quinoa clusters topped with Haley’s Pantry peanut butter granola (aka the magical bits at the bottom of the bag). Crunchy, chocolatey, salty, sweet — basically everything good in life.
You’ll Need:
-
Dark chocolate (as dark as your sense of humor)
-
Puffed quinoa
-
Haley’s Pantry Peanut Butter Granola (especially the little crunchy bits hiding at the bottom of the bag — they shine here!)
-
A little parchment paper
-
A spoon or small ice cream scooper
-
A fridge with space (good luck)
How to Make the Magic:
-
Melt the chocolate.
Gently melt your dark chocolate until it’s silky and shiny — a microwave or double boiler both work! -
Fold in the puffed quinoa.
Pour in your puffed quinoa and fold it lovingly into the chocolate until everything is coated and happy. -
Scoop and shape.
On a parchment-lined tray, scoop small mounds of the mixture using a spoon or mini ice cream scoop.
Give each one a gentle press with the back of the spoon to flatten slightly. -
Top with granola.
Sprinkle (or pile on) your Haley’s Pantry Peanut Butter Granola. Let the granola be the star — it always is. -
Chill out.
Pop the tray into the refrigerator until the clusters are firm. Try not to eat them all while checking if they’re done.
Enjoy!
Crunchy, chocolatey, peanut-buttery perfection — and impossibly easy.
