Ingredients:
- 1 endive, sliced
- 1 watermelon radish, thinly sliced
- 2 regular radishes, thinly sliced

- 2 small cucumbers, sliced
- 1 small shallot, finely chopped
- 3 tbsp tzatziki
- Granola (for topping)
