Greek Yogurt Popsicles

This fun and refreshing treat is easy to whip up and is perfect for a hot day. If you're in a hurry, grab one on the go for breakfast. It's packed with protein, healthy fats, and antioxidants. Just blend creamy Greek yogurt with your favourite fruits (I love sliced strawberries, blueberries and raspberries), add a touch of honey for sweetness, and a little milk if you wish. The milk will make it creamier and less icy. Pour the mixture into popsicle moulds, add your fruit and sprinkle granola. The granola will give your popsicles extra crunch and flavour.

Ingredients:

1 cup full-fat Greek yogurt
2 tsp of honey
1 cup fresh berries or chopped fruit
1/2 cup of Haley's Pantry OG granola
1/2 cup milk of your choice (optional)

Directions:

Mix the yogurt, honey, and milk together in a bowl. Divide the mixture evenly into the molds and fill them to the top. Add the fresh pieces of fruit and granola. Lastly, place a wooden popsicle stick at the bottom and let it sit in the freezer for at least three hours. When ready, gently wiggle them out of the mold, and enjoy.
