My Favorite Peanut Butter Smoothie — The One That Keeps You Full for Hours

Sometimes, mornings get busy and there’s just no time to sit down for breakfast. I’m not a big fan of protein powders — I’d rather get my protein from real food — but every now and then, a quick smoothie can be a lifesaver. It’s easy, satisfying, and the clean-up is even easier.

I started making this smoothie when I was healing from surgery, and it became one of my favorites. I found a clean protein powder made with glutathione, amino acids, aloe vera, and so many other nutrients that help support recovery and energy.

This smoothie keeps me full for hours and tastes like dessert (without the guilt!).

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop of your favorite clean protein powder

  • 2 tbsp peanut butter powder (low in fat and sugar, high in protein)

  • ½ tbsp flax seeds

  • ½ tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 pitted date

  • ¼ frozen banana

  • A dash of cinnamon

  • 1 handful of ice

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (just one ingredient!)

Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.

  2. Pour into your favorite glass.

  3. Top with Haley’s Pantry Granola — our Dark Chocolate Sea Salt or Original are my top choices.

  4. Grab a straw and enjoy!

This smoothie is packed with protein, fiber, and healthy fats, giving you steady energy all morning long. It’s simple, nourishing, and so satisfying - exactly how breakfast should be.
