Healthy No-Bake Snickers Bars
These homemade Snickers bars are clean, delicious, and so satisfying—the perfect mix of chewy, crunchy, sweet, and salty. Ingredients
For the base:

For the date caramel:

10 soft Medjool dates, pitted (soak in warm water for 10 minutes if not soft)

2 tbsp water (to thin)

½ cup almond milk

1 cup natural peanut butter

Pinch of Himalayan sea salt
For the toppings:

½ cup unsalted roasted peanuts

½ cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions

Make the base

In a mixing bowl (or food processor), combine almond flour, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, and vanilla.

Stir until crumbly, then press the mixture evenly into a parchment-lined loaf pan to form a base.

Place in the freezer to firm up while preparing the caramel.

In a food processor, blend the dates, water, almond milk, peanut butter, and sea salt until smooth and creamy.

Remove the loaf pan from the freezer and spread the caramel evenly over the base.

Sprinkle the roasted peanuts evenly over the caramel layer, pressing them down lightly so they stick.
