Ingredients:
4 pears (I use Bartlett pears - any of them will work)
1 tsp of cinnamon - enough to dust each half
1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
3 tbs of honey (add a little more if you like them sweeter)
1tbs unsalted grass fed butter
Directions:
Peel each pear and slice it in half. Core out the middle and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Dust with cinnamon just enough to cover them lightly. Mix the honey, vanilla and butter together in a small bowl and warm in the microwave. Once melted, pour the mixture over the pears and place them in the oven at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. You can leave a little sauce aside to drizzle at the end. Enjoy!
