Haley's Pantry Nut Butter Granola Bars
Organic grain-free peanut Butter granola bars
Our version of granola bars are insanely delicious and so easy to make. I always keep a stash in my fridge or freezer to grab when I am in a hurry. They are made with clean ingredients and are healthy and yummy! You can use the same recipe and switch up the nut butter for a different taste. Peanut butter, almond butter, and cashew butter all work well. You can also use the nut of your choice. I used almonds and pecans, but walnuts and cashews work well too. Switching up the sweetener is also an option. The beauty of this recipe is that anything goes! They are no bake and addicting and tastes just like Haley's Pantry granola, but in a bar!
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups of almonds
1 1/2 cups of pecans
2/3 cup of nut butter
2/3 cup of peanut butter
1/4 cup of maple syrup
2 tbsp of coconut oil
1/2 tsp of Himalayan sea salt
1 tsp organic alcohol free vanilla
2/3 cups of organic 71% chocolate chips
1 cup of coconut chips or flakes (if you wish)
Directions:
Mix the almonds, pecans, coconut, and sea salt in a mixing bowl. Mix the nut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla in a separate bowl. Stir and mix well. Add the chocolate chips. Next, pour the wet mixture into the dry and mix well. Pour onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and spread evenly. Get a separate piece of parchment paper and press down on top to flatten it out. Put in the freezer for at least one hour and then cut into bars. Please store it in a sealed container to keep it fresh. They will become gooey and soft if you do not freeze or refrigerate.
Grab and go as you please. These granola bars make a great pre/post-workout snack. Enjoy
