Peanut Butter Chocolate Energy Balls

These energy balls have the perfect balance of sweetness to satisfy your cravings while being packed with protein and healthy fats to keep you full and energized. Ingredients:

  • 12 pitted Medjool dates
  • 1/2 cup peanut or almond butter
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 1/2 cups Haley's Pantry OG granola

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients into a food processor.
  2. Blend until everything is well combined and forms a sticky mixture.
  3. Roll the mixture into balls, making them whatever size you prefer.
  4. Store the energy balls in a sealed container in the fridge.
  5. Grab one whenever you need a quick, healthy snack!
