Raspberry Fro-Yo Bites with Granola
Looking for a pretty, refreshing snack that's perfect for spring and summer? These Raspberry Fro-Yo Bites are the answer!
They’re light, healthy, and beautiful — ideal for brunch, a sunny afternoon with drinks, or as a fresh after-dinner treat.
They also look gorgeous on a platter if you’re hosting just about anything this season.
Simple, fresh, and made with clean ingredients — just the way we like it!
Ingredients:
-
3/4 cup Greek yogurt (you may need a little extra for topping)
-
Frozen berries of your choice (we chose raspberries for that beautiful pink hue!)
-
Haley’s Pantry Original Granola
-
Dark chocolate (optional, for drizzling or serving)
-
Fresh berries or pomegranate seeds (for topping)
-
Mini muffin tin (liners are helpful, but if you don't have them, lightly grease with olive oil)
Directions:
-
Prepare your base:
Place Haley’s Pantry Original Granola in a zip-top bag and gently crush it with a rolling pin until you have smaller crumbles.
Spoon about 1 teaspoon (or a little more) into the bottom of each muffin cup to form a crunchy base. -
Make the yogurt blend:
Allow your frozen berries to thaw slightly, then blend them lightly into a sauce. Stir the berry sauce into your Greek yogurt to create a beautifully pink, fruity yogurt. -
Assemble the bites:
Spoon the berry yogurt mixture over the granola base in each muffin cup, filling them nicely.
Sprinkle a little extra granola on top for more crunch, and add a few fresh berries or pomegranate seeds. -
Optional chocolate magic:
Add a few chocolate chips on top, or drizzle with melted dark chocolate for an extra treat.
You can also serve them with a side of dark chocolate to complement their bright, fruity flavour. -
Freeze:
Place the tray in the freezer for at least 2–3 hours, or until the bites are completely firm. -
Serve and enjoy:
Pop them out of the tin (they should slide out easily if you used liners or oiled the tray) and enjoy straight from the freezer.
They’re delicate, fresh, and absolutely delicious!
✨ Pro Tip:
These bites aren't just a pretty dessert — they make a beautiful addition to a brunch table, a light afternoon snack with drinks, or an elegant after-dinner treat.
Dress them up on a platter with edible flowers or extra fresh berries for a gorgeous presentation.
