Spinach Salad with Grilled Chicken, Berries and Citrus Dressing

Ingredients:

2 cups of spinach
One mini sliced cucumber or 1/4 of an English cucumber
1 whole chicken breast
1 handful of blackberries or raspberries
1/2 avocado
1/4 cup feta cheese (cubed or crumbled)
1/4 of granola (OG or Toasted Coconut)

For the dressing:

1/4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
1 tsp dijon mustard
1 tbsp sesame oil
3 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tsp honey or maple syrup (more if you like it sweet)
2 tbsp rice vinegar
sea salt
pepper
