Indulge guilt-free with these Super Clean Chocolate Brownies! They’re rich, fudgy, and so delicious that you’d never guess they’re made with clean, wholesome ingredients. Perfect for dessert, a snack, or even a special breakfast treat – they’re that good.

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup almond butter (or any nut butter of choice)
  • 1/3 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1 cup dates (pits removed)
  • 3/4 cup almond flour or coconut flour
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs (or flax eggs for a vegan option)
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (optional for extra richness)
  • 3/4 cup Haley’s Pantry OG Granola (to sprinkle on top)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. Blend the Dates: In a food processor, blend the dates until they form a smooth paste. If needed, add a tablespoon of warm water to help with blending.
  3. Mix the Batter: In a large bowl, combine the almond butter, maple syrup, date paste, almond flour, sea salt, vanilla extract, eggs, and baking powder. Stir until the batter is smooth and well incorporated.
  4. Pour and Smooth: Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top with a spatula.
  5. Add Toppings: Sprinkle dark chocolate chips and Haley’s Pantry OG Granola evenly over the top.
  6. Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the edges are set and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  7. Cool: Allow the brownies to cool completely in the pan before slicing them into squares.

Enjoy:

These brownies are perfect on their own or paired with a dollop of Greek yogurt or a drizzle of nut butter. They’re clean, satisfying, and so good you’ll want to make them repeatedly!
