Peanut Butter Yogurt Cups with Dark Chocolate Shell & OG Granola Crunch

These yogurt cups are a delicious mix of creamy, crunchy, and chocolatey—and they look just as good as they taste. Perfect for brunch, breakfast with a friend, or just a fun way to upgrade your morning.

Ingredients:

  • 3–4 tbsp of your favorite full-fat Greek yogurt (I use organic, high-protein)

  • 1 tbsp natural peanut butter (look for organic with no added sugar or salt)

  • A small handful of Haley’s Pantry OG Peanut Butter Granola

  • A few squares of your favorite dark chocolate (I like at least 70%)

Instructions:

  1. In a small or medium ramekin (depending on how hungry you are), stir together the Greek yogurt and peanut butter until smooth and creamy.

  2. Melt the dark chocolate in a small bowl. Let it cool for about 5 minutes.

  3. Pour the melted chocolate over the yogurt mixture, spreading it evenly to create a shell.

  4. Sprinkle a generous pinch of Haley’s Pantry Peanut Butter Granola over the top before the chocolate sets.

  5. Place in the fridge for 10–15 minutes, or until the chocolate hardens.
